In the first half of 2025, Gilead’s corporate social strategy saw significant year-over-year improvements driven by optimized content and strategic initiatives. LinkedIn organic engagement rose by 136%, Instagram paid engagement increased 68%, and X (formerly Twitter) organic engagement totals grew 34%. Key drivers included a focus on science content (+43% engagement), a high-performing ASCO 2025 campaign, and successful promotion of YEZTOGO (+102% paid engagement QoQ). Enhancements in executive thought leadership, revamped news formats, and ERG content also contributed to stronger performance across platforms.
